Terms of Service

Last updated: August 30, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Web Astra ("Web Astra", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, our client dashboard, and our WhatsApp AI booking agent (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Service

Web Astra provides an AI-powered booking assistant that operates over WhatsApp, together with a client dashboard for managing your subscription plan and message usage. The Service is designed to help businesses automate appointment scheduling and customer communication.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

The Service is offered on a subscription basis, billed monthly or annually in advance, depending on the plan you choose. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and payment processing for all transactions; your payment details are not stored by Web Astra.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand. We may change subscription prices from time to time; any price change will apply from your next billing cycle and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Your plan will remain active until the end of the current billing period; we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods. Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy.

4. Message Quotas and Fair Use

Each plan includes a monthly quota of WhatsApp messages processed by the AI agent. Usage beyond your plan's quota may be paused until your quota resets or you upgrade your plan. We reserve the right to apply reasonable rate limits to prevent abuse of the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, including the WhatsApp Business Platform (operated by Meta), an AI language model provider (currently OpenAI), and Paddle.com for payments. Availability, performance, or policy changes from these providers may affect the Service, and we are not liable for outages or limitations caused by third-party providers outside our control.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to send unsolicited or spam messages, to harass or deceive third parties, to violate WhatsApp's or Meta's own policies, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your own business data and customer communications), is owned by Web Astra and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your business content and customer data.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate; you remain responsible for verifying critical bookings and communications with your customers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web Astra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
